Shipping

ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
Please allow 1-4 business days for our small team (ahem, Manjit) to process your order. 

Your order will ship from Ottawa within 1-4 business days (Monday – Friday) from the day you placed your order. Please allow another 2-5 business days for normal shipping time to your destination. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, some mail carriers are experiencing slower than normal delivery times, so please be patient.

We ship all our products in recycled boxes that are cushioned with reused newsprint. All orders will receive tracking information via e-mail once your order ships. 

Maata is not responsible for shipping delays incurred due to international customs nor any additional fees your country may require.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 
Shipping in Canada is free for all orders over $100.

Once the package leaves Maata, shipping liability lies with the shipping carrier. If you believe your package is damaged or missing, please file a claim with Canada Post. Maata is not responsible for providing refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we ship internationally to the USA. Flat rate shipping is $25 and tracking and insurance are included. Please note that all international customers are responsible for any duties and taxes.

Once the package leaves Maata, shipping liability lies with the shipping carrier. If you believe your package is damaged or missing, please file a claim with Canada Post. Maata is not responsible for providing refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.  

Shipping to countries other than USA is via special arrangement for now. Please contact us at hello@maataskincare.com.

EXCHANGES
We want you to love your experience with our products and our hope is to minimize the exchange of products for sustainability reasons and to encourage thoughtful purchasing.

Due to the nature of our botanicals, we do not accept returns, however we offer replacements or a shop credit should the product arrive damaged. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Remember, your skin is unique and it can take up to 3 weeks for your skin and our products to adapt and really find their groove (unless you are having sensitization or irritation with immediate use).
